Credit Pack Purchases

Thank you for purchasing credits at Marsala AI. All purchases of credit packs are final and non-refundable. When you purchase a credit pack, you are paying for intangible digital items, and we cannot offer a refund once the purchase is complete and the credits have been added to your account.

Please ensure you have selected the correct credit pack before completing your purchase.

Automatic Refunds for Failed Generations

Our system is designed to automatically manage your credit balance during content generation. When you initiate an image or video generation, the corresponding number of credits is deducted from your account.

If the generation process fails on our backend for any technical reason, our system will automatically and immediately refund the deducted credits back to your account. You do not need to take any action to receive this type of refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, such as a duplicate charge or a demonstrable technical error with the payment system, we may consider a manual refund. These situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
