Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Marsala AI web application (the "Service") operated by Marsala AI ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

2. Purchases and Credits

The Service operates on a credit-based system. You may purchase credits through our pricing page, which can then be used to generate content ("Creations"). Credit costs for generations are displayed on the generator page and are subject to change.

3. Content Ownership and Usage

You, the user, retain full ownership and copyright of the prompts you provide and the images and videos you generate using the Service. We claim no ownership rights over your Creations.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your Creations solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you (e.g., displaying them in your "My Creations" gallery).

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share any content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
• Depicts or promotes illegal acts, self-harm, or violence.
• Contains malicious code, such as viruses or malware.

We reserve the right to terminate your account for violating this policy.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
